Easy Return & Exchange Policy (7-Day)

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

Email: Torontoyarn@gmail.com . Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: After inspection and approval, refunds are issued as bank transfer within a few days. 

Exchanges: Allowed only for defective or damaged items. Customer pays return shipping unless it’s our error.

Note: Items not in original condition, missing parts, or returned after 7 days are not eligible.
